Business is all about people! Brands, products, positioning and sales all come much later. The entrepreneur has to connect people. So a heart to heart talk is highly required and necessary. Don't look at people from the point of view of how you can utilize them. That is not at all required. What is required is to trust them and involve and they will trust you to make the business successful.
